Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Login to your account, or if this is your first visit,
create a profile
(you must have a profile in order to RSVP for events).
Click on "Preview and register for upcoming events"
from the homepage,
or from the menu on the left side of your screen. From there you will be able to
select the event you are interested in attending. After selecting the event,
you will be able to preview and register for the event.
Once you have logged onto your account, select "Reservations"
from the "My Account"
drop-down menu on the left side of your screen. From here you will be able to view
and update your reservations to upcoming events.
Login to your account. Select "Reservations"
from the "My Account" drop-down
menu on the left side of your screen. Select the event you would like to cancel,
and click "Cancel." You should receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation
of the event. Note: It may take several minutes for your account to register
that you have cancelled an event.
No. Once you have created a profile, it will be saved in our system. You should
receive a password once you create your profile. To login to your account, type in
your e-mail address and password from the "Login"
option located on the homepage or
the "My Account" drop-down menu on the left
side of your screen. Your account
information should appear once you have logged in. Please note that for security
reasons credit card information is not stored in our database. You will need to
re-enter your credit card information for each paid event.
All information is stored in our secure database. We do not share our information
with outside vendors. For some conferences, a roster of attendees will be made
available to other participants. If you do not want your contact information shared
with other conference participants, you will need to set your preferences on your
profile. To do this, login to your account. You will be directed to your profile.
At the bottom of the screen you will see options allowing you to choose whether to
share your e-mail address or telephone number with other conference participants.
Certain DoSER events are open only to invited participants. While you will be able
to view these events on our events calendar, only those who have received an invitation
will be able to register.
While most DoSER events are free, some do have a registration fee. If the event has a
fee, you will be directed to a form to fill in your credit card information. For free
events, you do not have to indicate discount eligibility.

print out the form and have it filled out when you call.
Refunds may be requested up to seven days before event start date.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE EVENT HAS OCCURRED. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
